ID Secure US – Enhanced Identity Protection Services
Welcome to www.idsecureus.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by ID Secure Inc., located at 123 Nye St., Suite 209, Carson City, NV 89706.
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“You” or “Member”) and IDSecureUS.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the IDSecureUS.com membership program or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Site or services.
At the time of enrollment, you expressly consent to entering an ongoing subscription service with recurring monthly payments.

IDSecureUS.com provides access to identity theft protection services and related benefits offered through independent third-party service providers identified in your Membership Guide.
The Company does not directly provide credit reporting, identity monitoring, identity restoration, or insurance services.
Certain identity theft protection benefits require separate activation after enrollment. Failure to activate services does not cancel your membership, and monthly billing will continue unless you formally cancel.
Identity theft protection services may not be combined with other identity protection programs.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any membership benefit, feature, or pricing at any time, subject to applicable law.
Upon enrollment, you authorize a recurring monthly charge of $18.90 USD to the credit or debit card you provide.
Your membership renews automatically on a month-to-month basis unless and until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. We use SSL encryption and do not store full credit card numbers or CVV data on our servers.
If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Support:
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.
Failure to activate identity theft protection services does not automatically cancel your membership and does not guarantee a refund.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site and services for personal, non-commercial use.

All Site content, design, software, trademarks, and materials are the exclusive property of ID Secure Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not guarantee:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDSECUREUS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $500.00 OR YOUR CURRENT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ID Secure Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles, California, or the county of your residence.
You waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.
You may opt out of arbitration by written notice within 30 days of first access to the Site.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. No agency or partnership relationship is created by this Agreement.
